CPS Founder, Dean Hocom has been providing services in Silicon Valley since 1963.  Dean was a charter member of the BACCA (Bay Area Contamination Control Association) -  the first association of its kind - formed in Silicon Valley in the early 1980s.  He has participated in World Federation Congress of Building Service Contractors (BSCSI) Association events in Paris and Rio de Janeiro.

Dean is a past president of the IEST Northern California Chapter and an IEST National Director.

CPS developed the very first cleanroom training videos for the industry in 1987.
